Why I do Lose Weight one week and gain it back the next HELP?

I go on a diet of about 1000-1200 calories a day and my bmr is if i dont do any exercise 1300 so that’s about right…

i’ll lose like half a stone in a week

then i’ll have days when i just eat 3 meals. a couple of snacks (all healthy)
say 3 days in a row
THEN GAIN LIKE 4LBS IN 3 DAYS!

It’s possible that you are slowing your metabolism by cutting your calories too low. We generally shouldn’t go below 1200 a day. The result of this is that our body is more likely to store fat because it fears their may be a shortage of food. Try increasing it to 1400 a day. The Weight Loss will be slower but will be less likely to come straight back.
