Get A Six Pack
How and how long will it take to get a six pack?
I want a six pack really badly but i have a big layer of fat over my stomach. I have about 2000 calories a day and i do 100 situps, 200 crunches, 30 legups, 50 squats, and 20 pushups each day. I have about 5 glasses of water each day. Am I on a good routine? Should I see reults soon? How long will it take to get a Six Pack Abs.

you should try doing push ups with your feet on top of something… so they would be elevated and higher than your shoulders…i do these putting my feet on top of my bed every morning i do 30 and before i go to sleep…it works all your abs as well as your pectorals
